Right Eyewear is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who visit Right Eyewear’s website and using your personal information responsibly.  We believe it is important for you to understand what information we will require from you, how it will be used, who will have access to that information, and the security procedures that we have implemented to protect your privacy. 

Collection of Information
When visiting the site, you may be asked for certain types of personally identifiable information (e.g., your first and last name, mailing address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number, etc.).  This information allows us to administer our business, provide customer service, and fulfill your order.  You may volunteer to disclose personally identifiable information to us.  If you do not want to disclose your personally identifiable information to us, please do not submit it.  When you visit our site, we collect and store only the following: the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (for example, aol.com, if you are connecting from an America Online account), the date and time you access our site, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site.  We use this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site and to help us make our site more useful to visitors.

Children’s Privacy
The site is a general audience website that is not specifically designed or targeted at children.  We do not knowingly collect, use or disseminate any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.  Our data is protected by industry standard firewall and password protection systems.  Credit card transactions through Right Eyewear shopping cart are secured by an online industry standard, 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).  Customer-entered credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission to a credit card authorization service; if the dollar amount of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed through our online software and forwarded to our merchant banking account for processing.  For your added security, we do not include your credit card information in any e-mails related to customer purchases. 
 
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  While we take steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Upon receiving your transmission, we make all reasonable efforts to ensure its security on our systems.  However, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your username, passwords and/or any account information.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of September 2, 2012.  Right Eyewear reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.  Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately upon notice, which may be provided to you via e-mail or by posting the latest version on our site.  Your use of the site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes.  Be sure to review this Privacy Policy periodically to ensure familiarity with its most current version.
